RefAssist & Televic combine technology offerings to evaluate referee knowledge more efficiently

A thorough and up-to-date knowledge of regulations is an absolute prerequisite for referees to function well in any sport. For sports federations, however, it is not easy to assess the knowledge level of their referees efficiently and permanently. That is why RefAssist and Televic, two Belgian tech pioneers, decided to develop a combined solution that cleverly addresses this challenge.

Their new partner, Televic Education, developed ‘assessmentQ’, a smart digital platform that can thoroughly and efficiently evaluate and improve knowledge.

By combining their technology, both companies now offer an innovative solution for various sports federations. In practice, it means that the insights gathered from assessmentQ will be used by RefAssist to more efficiently plan and follow-up referees.

Pilot project kicked off
