RefAssist keeps scoring in Australia

Sports are a universal language. They unite people who might otherwise never connect. From Belgium, to Azerbaijan and Australia, RefAssist (OfficialsHQ in Australia) helps to consolidate that connection by taking care of any sport’s central figure: the match official. Being one of the most sport-frenzied countries across the globe, it’s no coincidence Australia is one of RefAssist’s biggest markets. In October 2023, the opportunity presented itself to meet our Australian partners in person, so some of our people flew to the other side of the world.
Having part of our team Down Under helped us enforce our existing client relations and forge new ones. The existing clients got some additional trainings and had the chance to share their feedback with the RefAssist team in order to further improve our service. Client-centricity is crucial for us, but sometimes distance and different time zones can become a challenge. Fortunately, the bonds always have been steadfast, according to Australian Football League (AFL) Participation Platform Coordinator, Tony Saunders.

While growing our relationship with the RefAssist team, we have come to understand that they exhibit those same behaviours. RefAssist is also used for the Australian cricket community, which perfectly highlights the product's versatility and flexibility.
In the near future, RefAssist is aiming to connect with new sports federations to keep improving official management across the continent.
