It's now possible to send messages to officials invited to a course via our Files & Messaging functionality. You can even filter on their invitation status: Not responded, Rejected, Maybe and/or Accepted.
You can use this functionality to send reminders, or to send important information before, during or after the course.
Having all of your match report data in one platform is great, but since this release you can generate statistics about them. Compare individual officials or one official with an entire referee category and see how they're performing.
As an Admin user, you can decide whether a match report is mandatory for match officials or whether it is optional.Optional reports can be triggered by the officials when they need them, for example in the case of an incident that needs to be logged and escalated.
Since this release, it's possible to trigger multiple optional reports of the same template, so if there were multiple incidents, you can log them accordingly.
