Logging in

What are my credentials?

Your user name is the email address you’ve registered in your sports federation. All RefAssist emails will be sent to this address. Your password can be set up by clicking the activation link in the email that was sent to you when your account was created.

Do I already have an account?

Try filling out your email address in the login portal. If you get the error message ‘This is an invalid email’, you don’t have an account yet. Contact your federation’s helpdesk for more information.

Where do I log in?

This depends on the sports federation you’re an active match official for.

System functionality

Where can I find my appointments?

There are multiple possibilities:

  • Click ‘My RefAssist’ and then ‘Referee App’ or ‘Assessor App’.
  • Click the blue ‘Widgets’ button and switch on the ‘Next appointment’ or ‘Next observation’ toggle.
  • Go to the overview of your notifications. Click the relevant notification and you will be referred to the Referee or Assessor App.

How do I enter leaves?

Click ‘My RefAssist’ and then ‘Leaves’. Click the day you wish to add and then click the ‘+’. If you’re on leave for an entire day, leave the ‘Full day’ box ticked. If you’re only unavailable for a couple of hours, untick the box and enter the hours you can’t officiate a match.

How do I accept/reject an appointment?

Click ‘My RefAssist’ and then ‘Referee App’ or ‘Assessor App’. If you still need to accept or reject an appointment, you will see a ringing bell icon. If you click it, you can make your choice.

Not receiving any notification mails?

There are several possibilities as to why you’re not receiving any notification mails.

  • Check your spam inbox, it’s possible our mails have ended up in there.
  • Check if the no-reply@refassist.com email address is added to your list of trusted senders.
  • Log in on RefAssist and click your avatar in the upper right corner. Click ‘Account’. Click ‘App preferences’. Check if you haven’t indicated ‘Never’ in the ‘Emails’ section.
  • If all of the above is irrelevant to your case, reach out to your local helpdesk and explain your issue. They will contact our service with all of the necessary information. Please do not contact the RefAssist helpdesk yourself.
